Delivery Policy (Free Delivery - UK)

Free Delivery:

• Untailored Dresses: Delivered within 48 hours (2 business days), excluding weekends, from the shipment date.
• Tailored Dresses: Delivered within 1 week (5 business days) from the shipment date.

Processing Time: Same day as shipment before 12pm UK for all orders.

Eligibility: Free delivery applies to orders within the UK mainland.

Shipping Days: Business days are Monday - Friday (excluding Saturday and Sunday).

Tracking: Email with tracking information sent upon shipment.

Accurate Address: Please provide a complete and correct shipping address.
