Refund policy
We gladly offer exchanges for untailored dresses only. Because tailored dresses are made to your specific measurements, they cannot be exchanged.
To be eligible for an exchange of an untailored dress:
- Contact us within one week of receiving your order.
- The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- You will need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate an exchange, please email us at bridaldiraac@gmail.com. Once your exchange is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Items sent back without prior exchange approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Exchangeable Items: We cannot exchange tailored or custom dresses, sale items, or gift cards. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us.
Exchange Process: The quickest way to get your desired item is to return the original untailored dress (once the exchange is approved). Upon receiving the returned item, we will process the exchange for the new item, subject to availability.
Refunds: Please note that we currently offer exchange only for untailored dresses. Refunds are typically only provided if there is an unresolvable issue with your original order (e.g., a defective or incorrect item that cannot be replaced via exchange). In such cases, we will notify you after inspecting the returned item.
